Kano was originally born in Brooklyn, NY., and moved to Florida in the early 90's. Moving from Brooklyn, Kano had a different ear for music but was able to blend the two sounds to help create a successful group known as Haitian Mafia, with artists like Young Dudus working alongside the well-known MMG (Maybach Music Group) Fast forwarding to today, Kano has successfully started his own company 'Lyon House Management' where he and his team manages artists, and provides consultation services to up and coming artists wanting to bring exposure to their brand.

With a deep understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry, he supports our artist through strategic development, brand building, and consistent accountability. From shaping rollouts to helping artist define and elevate their unique voice, Dudus ensures every move aligns with each artist’s bigger vision.

As the Artist Identity and Growth Advisor, Trevor helps bridge the gap between talent and transformation. Through strategic guidance and creative insight, he supports artists in defining a clear, personal brand, building a strong, social media presence, and thinking beyond the music. From providing on-site feedback at photo shoots to challenging artists to set bold, aligned goals, Trevor ensures each artist is building a brand that’s authentic, elevated, and built to last.
Meet Our Operations & Artist Relations Manager
Ayata has over 20 years experience in client management and communication. Her vast knowledge in knowing how to structure deals, and managing high end clients within the mortgage industry was a perfect match for Lyon House. In 2022, she partnered with Lyon House to help establish it's visibility in the Miami area. "Although this is a different field than what I'm used to, business management is the same for the most part, and I'm enjoying the experience," says Ayata" She has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to grow the Lyon House brand. She also organizes, and manages "Collaborative Events" which is known for having the biggest Networking and business events locally. Collaborative Events is known to foster relationships with local businesses, and brands to increase brand awareness.
